How can I pay?
Our services are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). We also accept credit cards.
Why doesn’t OstomyRN bill insurance?
Billing insurance requires significant administrative time and cost. Our goal is, instead, to focus on your care. We are able to provide you with an invoice/superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.

What ostomy issues can you help me with?
OstomyRN has extensive experience in a broad array of ostomy issues. Some of the more commonly treated are: peristomal skin breakdown, frequent pouch leaking, granulomas, and nutritional concerns. Please contact us to discuss your personalized care plan for your specific needs.
Are your services HIPAA compliant? Is my information safe?
The platform that OstomyRN uses is HIPAA compliant; all of your information is safe and secure, including the photos and videos you upload to your portal.
How do I set up an appointment?

What states can you provide care to?
OstomyRN is legally able to provide care in all states but the following: AK, CA, CT, HI, OR, MA, MI, MN, NY, NJ, NV, OH, PA, VI, VT, and WA. If you live in one of these states, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can refer you to another nursing practice for ostomy care.
