Cancelation Policy

The Patient may cancel any Session at any time, however, the following fees shall be charged by the OstomyRN and paid for by the Patient, (collectively, the “Cancellation Fee”): a. If cancellation of a Session is made more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Session, then the Patient shall not be charged a Cancellation Fee. b. If cancellation of a Session is made between twenty-four (24) hours and one (1) hour prior to the Session, then the Patient shall pay a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Cancellation Fee. c. If cancellation of a Session is made less than one (1) hour prior to the Session, then the Patient shall pay the full appointment fee.
